Graduate Embedded Software Engineer / Embedded C / ARM / Microcontrollers / Bare MetalA Graduate Embedded Software Engineer looking to develop in C for bare metal systems is required to join a very exciting technology company who are bringing touch screen surfaces to life with the help of tactile feedback. As a Graduate Embedded Software Engineer you would ideally have a history of university or hobby projects encompassing low level hardware drivers in C running on a bare metal system, e.g. if you tinker with Arduinos, PIC etc. then this is the perfect job for you!
This Graduate Embedded Software Engineer would join a small and tight-knit team, where training is readily available as you get to grips with developing production quality embedded C code for ARM based microcontroller systems for their core line of products.
Graduate Embedded Software Engineer - Requirements:
- Project experience of low level hardware drivers in C running on a bare metal system (e.g. if you tinker with Arduino, PIC etc.)
- A relevant engineering degree
- A passion for the latest technological innovation, and a willingness to learn!
This is a Cambridgeshire-based technology startup provide enhanced human-machine interfaces by bringing touch panels and displays to life. They have strong patent protection, and are generating interest among the largest global technology companies. Their target markets are initially automotive, industrial control, medical and point-of-sale, expanding to consumer electronics over time, so the challenges will keep a Graduate Embedded Software Engineer on their toes!
The role is open to fresh graduates as well as Junior Embedded Software Engineers looking for their next step, and in return you will receive a salary of between £25-35,000 dependent on experience and would be joining a company growing each year with no signs of slowing!
