Lead IT Trainer (Microsoft Skype for Business, Cisco, Webex)

We are looking for a Lead IT training manager for major pharmaceutical company with more than 5000 employees worldwide. To perform this role you will be expected to travel to countries such as Germany, France and Italy.

This role is to start in May 2017, telephone interviews will take place first two weeks of April with a final interview taking place during the last week of April.

Responsibilities:

Execute design and delivery of classroom, web-based, train-the-trainer, eLearning and instructional materials for over 30 IT platforms

Build relationships and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, development teams, and key stakeholders across the business

Produce effective learning solutions designed to meet business needs, produce measureable results and enable change

Effectively prioritize and manage training plans for multiple projects while meeting desired milestones, including Cisco MeetingPlace, WebEx,

Windows 7 and Office 2010 migration, and SharePoint

Work with training vendors to identify, coordinate, and negotiate the right solutions

Collaborate with international sites during software rollouts on training, knowledge management, and translation

Required skills:

8+ years of relevant experience and BS in Computer Science or related

Minimum of 8 years in training

Design and train 'overall demand training IT system training experience

Any new tool / system, manage vendors Prefer GXP and pharma experience

Experience with managing training department Instruction design and delivery Prefer vendor, management skills

Experience with MS office courses, SharePoint, Windows 7 and Office 2010 migration

Provide training consistently globally

Essentials:

- Please note candidates should have GXP or Pharma experience

- Excellent vendor manager skills

- Have global experience
