Senior UX/UI Designer

Salary: £50,000-£65,000 P/A = Equity + Flexible remote work

I am hiring for 2x Senior or Lead UX/UI Designer positions. These positions are suitable for a Senior UX/UI Designer.

The roles require someone with strong User Experience knowledge and a few good years of experience working on Apps, Software and Web Applications for different sectors but from the User Experience point of view.

The roles are very much hands on so while good graphic design is a good but I looking for someone who really gets user experience and user interface.

Someone who designs software, Mobile Apps, Web Apps and takes the design apart and can explain why it has been designed that way or which other paths could have been taken designing it and explain the impact of the different designs on the user experience(UX) and how it translates into user interface(UI).
