This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid level User Experience Designer (UX Designer) to join a growing team in central London and grow into a mid to senior level User Experience Designer (UX Designer). You will work alongside the marketing, design, development and BI teams to optimise the website(s), mobile web and native applications.

The User Experience Designer (UX Designer) is responsible for the overall consistency and usability of all the existing customer touch points (website(s), mobile web & native apps) as well as any future customer facing platforms ensuring that the customer journey through those touch points is optimised thus maximising conversion potential.

You must be able to demonstrate a track record in creating experience vision briefs and hands-on experience in use case development, story-boarding, mock-ups and fully interactive prototypes. Significant experience in UI (user interface) strategic development, user testing and management is key.

Knowledge & Experience:

Experience in Strategic User Experience management within an online business across multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet)

Experience in the online gaming industry is advantageous but not essential

Exposure to working in international markets with significant experience championing optimal user experiences in the European & Asian markets

Knowledge of User Experience principles and proven track record of improving customer loyalty through valued and memorable customer interactions

Experience in A/B testing

Experience in the development of customer experience initiatives including surveys, VOC, customer focus groups, digital CX initiatives and analytics
