Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for specialist training, personal development and full control of your own projects from concept to completion?

On offer is the opportunity to shadow the Lead Design Engineer and learn from them before they move into retirement, enabling you to progress as a Senior Design Engineer

This manufacturing company are specialists in the design and supply of sub-assemblies and machinery components for a wide range of manufacturers.

As part of a highly skilled team, you will be trained to design and re-engineer this company's portfolio of specialist machinery parts as well as take control of your own projects from concept to completion.

This role will suit a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD looking to train on a range of bespoke sub-assemblies and equipment.

The Role:

* Design of bespoke sub-assemblies for manufacturing machinery

* Ongoing development of current equipment

* 2D CAD / 3D modelling

The Person:

* Mechanical Design Engineer

* SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience

* Experience managing design projects from concept to completion
