An ambitious and expanding digital agency in the heart of Sheffield is seeking a manager to lead the digital team and services as part of the company. The candidate will report directly to the directors of the company and will have management experience in the digital sector.

Responsibilities

* Leading digital team and in charge or recruitment

* Managing / liaising with clients

* Project Management

* Project scoping - requirements gathering and producing design and technical specifications

* Testing and Quality Assurance

* Financial forecasting and managing budget

* Costing digital projects

* Integration of digital and social media marketing

* Clearer understanding of the role of content development and SEO

* Contributing to overall success of the business

* Participating in the marketing and promotion of all services as well as digital aspect

* Seeking out new opportunities, tender writing, and pitching

* Ability to think strategically in terms of developing the company's digital services

Essential

* Reliability

* Problem solving skills

* The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines

* Strong interpersonal and team-working skills

* Understanding of the process of website design and development

* Digital project management

* Mentoring / managing team

* Excellent knowledge of the delivery of a range of digital services including website development, app development, game development, social media marketing and digital marketing

* Using initiative for development and expansion of the companies digital services

Experience

* Digital service development

* Website development and user journey interface development,

* Strong knowledge of SEO and content development

* Digital Project management experience
