Legal IT Trainer/IT Trainer/Training Analyst - Legal Services
Nigel Frank International are currently hiring for a Training Analyst to join a leading Law Firm based in central London on a 12 month contract.
The role will include designing, developing and delivering face to face and remote training to support major implementations or upgrades of key business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the required learning through analysis of the process and system change.
- Design and develop training courses.
- Write appropriate documentation and course notes.
- Work with project colleagues to validate training content and resolve questions arising.
- Delivering support/training to finance teams.
Skills Required:
-Extensive experience in providing training for financial processes and systems.
-Expertise in financial applications e.g. "Elite" or "Aderant"
-Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or similar finance systems.
-Experience in the practical use of financial systems.
-Extensive experience delivering training courses.
Documentation Skills:
- Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience of creating training support materials.
Experience working within the legal sector is highly desirable.
