Inside Sales Representative ERP Software Solutions £25k Base + OTE

My client is looking for a highly motivated and competent individual to join their Inside Sales Team with immediate effect. You will be working at an award winning ERP Software Solution provider and given excellent opportunity to progress, as the vast majority of their Field Based Sales Team and Account Management Team have been promoted from within. This role suits someone looking to develop themselves and build their career alongside one of the most exciting organisations in the industry.

You will have experience working with Software Solution sales over the phone and have a wide ranging knowledge of the IT market and competitive landscape. You will have demonstrated success in lead generation and have a desire to continue creating momentum as you move into a more senior position. You will have a strong work ethic and be willing to listen, understand and thrive under a target driven environment.

Skills required for the role:

*Lead generation experience in software sales.

*Good knowledge of ERP systems preferable (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite etc).

*Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone.

*Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals.

*Experience dealing with Senior Management at SME organisations.
