DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation) Specailist

I am looking for a mid-level front end developer, that has experience building DCO with Google, to assist our growing team design gurus. There is a big emphasis on UI as well as front end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and .NET, so techie lovers are a must for this one. Ideally you will have a passion for clever and effective UI/UX design and can contribute to the design and of UI solutions.

This is for an initial 6 month contract, based in Sydney CBD. My client also offers extra benefits like working from home days.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who's forward thinking and passionate about what they do. You'll be working in a upbeat team in a company that has been running for almost 4 years, with huge clients and financial backing but still a fun start-up vibe.

Responsibilities and Skills/Abilities:

* Be the lead on all things DCM from banners to expandable creatives.

* Master of Google web designer, you will know the platform inside out.

* Respond to digital briefs and develop high quality creative concepts and ideas along with a supporting rational

* Ability to work in a team or solo

* Good knowledge of marketing creative and digital trends

* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

* Ability to quickly ideate and comfortable working in loose conceptual sketches, and able to quickly turn around a project

* Familiar with all aspects of digital production including handoffs to developers is a plus

* Keeping up to date with content, design and digital trends & proactively seek opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities

* Knowledge of 3d software tasks including modelling, uv layout, texturing, lighting, & rendering is a plus

Core skills and experience:

* MUST be able to give examples of how you built DCO with Google

* Ability to implement sophisticated UI/UX concepts

* Strong understanding and experience in:

* JavaScript/HTML5

* jQuery and jQuery UI

* Communication with web services via AJAX

* Rendering of controls and validators

* ASP.Net required to wire up new service endpoints and controls

* Advanced CSS skills

* Clean Reusable, Sophisticated and testable code

* Understanding of cross browser compatibility

* Excellent debugging and resolution skills; able to debug complex technical

* issues involving multiple system components

* Reusability, Namespaces, simple and elegant CSS

* Keeps their skills up-to-date

* Reliable and trustworthy

* Experience in responsive design and how to implement

* Google certifications required:

* DoubleClick Studio

* QA

* VPAID

* YouTube Masthead

* Google web designer

* Custom lightbox
