Java Developer / Graduate Java Programmer (Computer Science Java J2SE). Global financial trading organisation is seeking ambitious Computer Science graduates to join the Graduate Training scheme. You will be supported and mentored by talented professionals as you develop the knowledge and skillset to provide you with a strong start to your career as a Java Developer.

Initially this Graduate Java Developer role will focus on their highly complex, real-time algorithmic financial trading applications, before then expanding to also work on systems across the business. Working with a focus on core Java but also utilising a range of other technologies, you will be encouraged to find your strengths and define your future career path.

Based in the City, you will join a professional yet friendly environment that offers a good work / life balance, a casual dress code and regular social events.

Requirements:

*Outstanding academic record of achievement, you must have achieved a 2.1 or above (ideally Computer Science will consider other highly technical discipline) and good A-levels

*Must have some programming experience (developing in your own time, sizeable University project, commercial experience) - ideally in Java

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
