Proteus Europe is searching for a RIC Engineer for one of our clients in the Telecoms sector in the Thames Valley.

Your New role :-

Our Client requires an Engineer to support an existing RIC function on a current rollout project. The Role Holder will be required to data fill, integrate new sites, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Additionally the role holder will be required to follow a structured process for bringing sites into service (BIS), making suggestions for ongoing process improvement where required. Excellent reporting skills and working in a high pressure team environment are essential.

Duties:

- Reporting to RIC Supervisor / Deployment Manager

- Ensure on time delivery of integrations in relation to the plan

- Troubleshooting RAN and MME problems

- Troubleshooting Transmission, Antenna Line Device problems

- EnodeB integration using LSM-R

- EnodeB and EPC status and handling Alarm analysis and clearance via LSM-R

- Use of customer databases and operational tools

- Updating tracking reports for internal use ensuring accuracy at all times

- Develop / produce scripts to support project .

- Working within the wider team - review and accept Handover Packs

- Create Customer file for BIS (Bring Into Service)
