Key requirements:

Discovery research, synthesis, ideation, design, and test of new concepts in an Agile environment

Ability to prototype rapidly in multiple mediums and levels of interactivity

The ability to translate insight and strategy into concept prototypes and communicate your vision

Comfortable in storytelling to share your discoveries and influence stakeholders, creating excitement around an idea

Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, User Centered Design, Fine Arts etc

Extensive experience in UX design designing digital products and features for mobile, web, desktop.

Master's degree highly desirable

Keen skills in visual design and typography desirable
