Digital Archivist - Leading Media Charity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital Archivist ideally with ARA membership to join this leading national media charity based in Pimlico, London. The charity are looking for an archivist with strong Digital experience to lead on the implementation of a brand new Digital Archiving Database. This is a brand new role that will play a pivotal role as the charity have never had anything like this in place before!
The charity are now in a position to progress and implement a brand new system of archiving over 2 decades worth of digital and written content so it is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on a large organisation.
Skills required for the Digital Archivist:
* Experience implementing Digital Archiving solutions
* Keen to learn and develop as much as possible
* ARA membership is ideal but not necessary
* Proven problem solving skills
Digital Archivist
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (dependant on experience)
Location: Pimlico, London
Contract: The role starts out as a 3 year Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
