As Technical Analyst, you will be part of an increasingly digital, national organisation that is continually investing in our staff in order to drive performance and efficiency within a workforce that is diverse, flexible and highly mobile.

We have already made great progress towards a fully cloud-based technology stack and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving this strategy forward. If successful, working as part of team of Technical Analysts and reporting to the Senior Technical Architect, you will be responsible for:

- Critically evaluating service provider contracts, projects and business requirements.

- Providing specialist technical advice and internal consultancy services to support the development and implementation of innovative information technology solutions.

- Continually reviewing IT services and the performance of external service providers, utilising a range data and user feedback, to assess and prioritise areas of development or improvement and ensure business requirements are met.

- Hold a recognised IT qualification.

- Have demonstrable experience in one or more IT disciplines.

- Have experience of working with a range of external service providers.

- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of a wide range of IT services and their inter-relationship.

- Have experience of analysing problems/business requirements, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions.
