PMO Analyst - PMO, Change, Financial Data - 3 months - Edinburgh - Up to £250 per day
The Company
Spring Technology's client, an established public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst on an initial 3 month contract to assist with a large change project.
The Role: PMO Analyst
As an established PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO office on multiple projects that are aimed at improving the client's service offerings.
Responsibilities include:
*Monitoring project costs
*Supporting senior management in the development of resource forecast models
*Coordinating financial benefit calculations across a programme of projects
*Communicating financial benefits on service areas to senior management
*Forecasting resource requirements and expenditure throughout the project lifecycle
*Working closely with the PMO Manager on the liaising with suppliers and sourcing resources for project support
*Maintaining project plans
Essential Experience:
*Extensive experience as a PMO Analyst in the same or similar role
*Demonstrable experience in project financial forecasting
*Great organisational and planning abilities
*An ability to communicate at all levels of a business
*Advanced knowledge in Excel
Desirable Experience:
*Previous public sector project experience
