Graduate Design Engineer

Cambridge

£24,000-£28,000 + Pension + Training + Development + 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Are you a graduate from an engineering/mechanical/ or civil background? Are you looking to work on large scale projects, developing your engineering skills?

The company specialises in the bespoke design and manufacturing of ventilation systems. They have been established for over 10 years and due to their success of winning business with blue chip organisations they are looking for a highly motivated Graduate engineer to join their expanding team.

In this role you will be expected to work closely with suppliers, commercial and manufacturing staff to enable you to carry out the design process. You will be receiving briefs and interpreting the information to create the drawings. You will need to have good working knowledge of maths to be able to see the process the whole way through.

The Role:

* Production of drawings based on briefs

* Designing specialist ventilation systems

* Working a project all the way through to production

* Must be able to work independently
