A Programme Management Office Co-ordinator, with a proven track record, is required to work within the Orbit Programme Management Office (PMO).

Reporting to the Director of Programmes key responsibilities include providing project office support throughout the Project Management lifecycle in areas such as milestone tracking and monitoring, risk management, status reporting, budget monitoring, portfolio reporting, minute taking, follow up of actions from Programme/Project Meetings and the general effective and efficient running of the PMO.

The role involves working in partnership with all areas of the business to proactively manage the project portfolio but specifically working closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure projects are running smoothly and providing advice and support on the agreed Orbit Project Management approach.

The role will involve centrally co-ordinating project documentation, plans, resourcing and budgets. It is essential that applicants are able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Candidates should have a proven experience of supporting the project lifecycle and be able to demonstrate their capabilities in this area. They must have an awareness of Project Management methodologies and be able to talk about how these could be applied successfully within our business.

A qualification at Prince 2 Foundation Level would be advantageous.
