Our client is part of a global company that provides innovative software and services to recruitment firms. They are now looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their dedicated team. 

Within an engaging and stimulating environment, you’ll have the chance to broaden your technical expertise and take on more responsibilities as you grow in your role. 

As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you’ll log and resolve a wide range of customer support issues via telephone and email channels. 

Joining a friendly and hard-working team, you’ll respond to queries regarding our client’s software and ensure that issues are swiftly resolved. 

While you’ll primarily support the current product range, you’ll also get involved with the implementation of our client’s next generation product platform. This has been built with SQL Server, CSLA Framework, C#, .NET, Web Form and WCF, so you’ll gain valuable exposure to some of the latest technologies. 

You will mainly work from the helpdesk, but you’ll have the chance to assist customers face-to-face, either in the office or on-site and assist internal staff with technical queries. 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need previous IT support experience. A positive, ‘can do’ attitude, an analytical mindset and the desire to learn are also key. 

Flexible and adaptable, as a 1st Line Support Analyst, you’ll be willing to go above and beyond for customers. You’ll also have a strong work ethic, a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills.
