In Experis IT, as a recruitment partner of the technological subsidiary of an important financial group located in Barcelona, we need to incorporate contract managers for a project in London.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Implementation and management of contract governance for both supplier and customer contracts

· Ownership of allocated third party relationships

· Executive Reporting (both internal and external) . General support as required to the Contract Management and Reporting Manager 

Key Activities:

. Implementation and management of contract governance for both Supplier and Customer contract(s), including;  

·  Provision and maintenance of both physical and electronic access to contracts as well as any other relevant documentation  

·  Maintenance of contractual records and documentation such as relevant correspondence, general supplier records, contract changes etc in line with best practise  

·  Management and support to customer and supplier governance meetings, including ownership of executive reporting requirements and other required secretariat duties  Management of allocated third party suppliers including;  

·Performance Management: Analysis of supplier performance against contracted SLA’s, working alongside the service recipients. Through both internal and external supplier MI, ensure contracts are within budget, service parameters and risk appetite  

· Compliance Management: Provide support to the Contract Manager to ensure supplier adherence to the relevant standards and policies, including regulatory compliance (SYSC8)  

·  Issue Resolution: Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues, seeking legal counsel/escalating where necessary  

· Change Management: Management of contract change requirements E.G revising service scope, editing terms & conditions, management of renewals/terminations

Required Skills:  

· Fluent in English with knowledge of Spanish advantageous

·  Degree qualified (in e.g. Accountancy, Law, Business) and/or MCIPS qualified  

·  Strong business acumen and capable of building relationships across multiple teams and organisations  

· Demonstrable level of Contract Management/Supplier Management experience, ideally within a similar regulated industry (SLA contracts, control & quantity surveying)  

· Strong organisational skills and experience of creating executive level reporting
