Technical Support Analyst (1st Line)

This is a new opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst (1st Line) to join a successful, specialist Tech company in Redbourn, Hertfordshire. As part of expansion you will play a pivotal role in providing 1st Line support to our UK customers / clients.

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst (1st Line) with some demonstrable experience within a technical / 1st line role supporting either hardware or software (or both!). You will boast excellent customer service skills, with the ability to be proactive and self-motivated within a standalone role. Excellent product training will be provided to you (in both the UK and the USA) and we also expect the candidate to undertake their own self-development in this role.

As the Technical Support Analyst you will play a key role in part of a very small but growing team, being the sole person providing 1st Line support across the UK. This is a standalone role therefore we are seeking a driven individual that has the ability to work on their own efficiently and effectively.

Key skills needed for the Technical Support Analyst:

* Some proven experience in a similar IT support role, with good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Good experience in resolving critical technical issues (hardware/desktop or software).

* An enthusiastic attitude with a keenness to develop your career.

* The ability to think on your feet with little guidance or management.

* Outstanding customer service skills, with a passion for technology.

* Flexible to do some travel to the USA - training provided within the UK and America!
