Due to continued and sustained growth the UK’s leading BPM Consultancy is looking to hire BPM Developers to join their experienced team and work on client projects. The role will specialise in developing IT solutions primarily using market leading BPM software such as Appian and AuraPortal.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual wanting to start a career developing applications in a highly skilled environment and working for some of the most recognised companies in the world. Full training will be provided with a defined career path that could lead you to become a Senior Consultant leading the line for the company.
The role will initially be office based but with the opportunity to progress to a Consultancy position which would involve travel and working on client-sites around the UK.

Desired Skills:
- This is not a programming role but technical experience of scripting languages or Java/.Net is highly desirable.
- Experience in BPM Software implementations

Training:
- As a graduate you will receive training in the following areas
- Specific BPM Application training
- Procensol’s in-house SEAL training
- Understanding BPM methodologies
- and work towards BPM Certifications in numerous BPM technologies
Requirements:
The successful applicant will hold a very good degree in Computer Science or a related topic. You will have at least some programming experience with .Net or Java, either from your academic studies or ideally in a commercial setting, perhaps a placement year during your studies. A solid understanding of databases would be useful, specifically experience with MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server. Further to these technical skills, a general understanding of business and a genuine interest in BPM and workflow would be advantageous.
Applicants will be expected to have a high level literacy and numeracy skills due to the nature of the work involved. The role would ideally suit a recent graduate looking to secure their first permanent job or perhaps someone with a small amount of commercial experience looking for better career progression.
Do you have:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering or other related studies.
- C# or Java programming skills and (preferably) some experience
- Strong interest in Business Process Management
- Understanding of current technologies including Open Source, web application development, web services (REST/SOAP/XML), and databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
