Business Development Representative - Inside Sales, SAP B1 £25k +OTE.

I am actively working with a well-renowned SAP B1 Reseller looking to increase the size and strength of their Inside Sales Business Development Team in Manchester and as such are currently looking for a great Telesales Representative with working experience in the world of High-Value ERP Software Sales, who has been able to consistently overachieved against target and is looking to move towards the next step in their career.

This role would suit someone who is used to working in targeted sales environments and enjoys the challenge of hitting goals set every month. My client is very meritocratic, so success will bring rewards along with it. They are looking for members of their team who could potentially move into roles as their next Account Managers, New Business Sales people and Sales Managers.

Base salary begins at the £22k and rises to £25k after probation. You can realistically be looking at £40k OTE within year one. More importantly, you will be inside a working environment which values determination and success where you can develop and grow within an exciting ERP Software Solution during a growth phase for the entirety of the market.

Required Skills:

*Track record of telesales in Software solutions - ERP preferable.

*SaaS Experience and working knowledge.

*Can confidently communicate with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.

*Excellent knowledge of the ERP market sector is preferable.

*Ambitious and motivated to take career opportunities.

*Excellent on the phone and able to build rapport.
