Inside Sales, Telesales SAP B1 £21k Basic - £30k OTE Y1

My client, based in South West London, are actively looking to build on their existing Inside Sales Team due to a recent expansion in their business processes. You will be educated and able to quickly learn my Clients ERP Software product (previous experience advantageous but not necessary) and have a desire to succeed in a fast-paced Telesales environment.

Ideally you will have experience selling on the phone, otherwise you will be able to show that you have no fear in using it. This role is a real springboard towards an excellent career in the exciting world of ERP Software Solutions - noted by the fact that the vast majority of previously successful Inside Sales executives have moved on to Account Management or Field based sales positions.

This role comes with an excellent starting salary of £21k with a first year OTE - performance related based on leads generated - of £30k. There is huge scope for moving forward quickly and increasing base salary fast. Additionally, you will be joining a lively and vibrant office with a fantastic social culture.

Required Skills:

*Track record of telesales in Software solutions - ERP preferable.

*Can confidently communicate with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.

*Excellent knowledge of the ERP market sector is preferable.

*Ambitious and motivated to take career opportunities.

*Excellent on the phone and able to build rapport.
