A global financial software house based in Central London are recruiting for a brand new Software Developer to come join their team, using technologies like C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Entity Framework, Identity Framework.
They've been established for over 20 years and are a very fast paced IT team - you'll be taking a critical role in developing & installing a wide range of high quality and innovative greenfield software solutions within a small team of 6 developers. The software provides data analytics and propriety data to the global asset management market.
This will be a varied and interesting position which will see you involved in gathering requirements from the end client and liaising between them and the development team, taking an initiative in technical design and progress meetings. You'll be developing bespoke software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle..
You'll be joining a tight knit team of developers who have a good breadth of experience across a wide number of programming languages, who work well as a unit and support each other well in tough times! They are creative when it comes to problem solving.
Experience wise, they are looking for someone who has around 3-5 years development experience using languages like:
MVC
ASP.NET C# development
SQL Server and other database syntax
HTML / HTML5
CSS
.Net Framework
JavaScript and jQuery
Entity and Identity Framework
The salary for this Developer role is £50,000 to £55,000 plus benefits.
