Assistant Project Manager (£30,000 - £45,000) - Cambridge

I am working on behalf of a well-established award winning main contractor who is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work in Cambridge.

The company is a tier one contractor and has a strong reputation as a great employer. They have an exciting portfolio of projects covering various build sectors including; healthcare, education, retail, leisure and industrial.

The successful candidate will have experience working on high value projects ideally in the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in the leadership of a programme of construction, refurbishment and lifecycle across major healthcare projects.

Assistant Project Manager Requirements:

-Experience working as Senior Site Manager/ Assistant Project Manager in a main contractor environment

-Ideally healthcare experience

-Experience working on large build projects

-Must have good IT skills

-Ideally have a HNC or HND in building related courses

-Excellent organisational skills are required

-Strong Communication.

Assistant Project Manager Remuneration

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Cambridge

Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, 25 days holiday
