Business Change Manager - Hampshire Area £50k + Excellent Benefits My client, are looking for a proven Business Change Manager to deliver complex strategic business change initiatives within their corporate and consumer business unit.

You'll lead the business change process and change initiatives from conception to successful implementation ensuring the business benefits are achieved.

Key Skills: What we're looking for:

Change management within large, complex, enterprise-level strategic initiatives

A proven track record of end to end delivery of business change projects

Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and a solid understanding of project management methodologies

Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing third party service suppliers

Demonstrable experience of project financial management together with managing benefits realisation

Strong analytical planning and organisation skills with an ability to manage competing demands

Experience of working on regulatory projects

Managing the people and process around complex business change

Experience in business analysis / BA background.
