Salesforce Consultant - 90% remote working £55,000 - Reading

My client, a well established software company based in Reading are looking for a functional consultant to join them on a permanent basis.

The type of candidate we are looking for should comply with the below:

Over 2 years Salesforce experience as an administrator/consultant/business analyst

Project experience, preferably from a project management perspective

Solid Salesforce configuration & data analysis skills

Strong requirements gathering skills

Detail-oriented individual who is able to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies

Ability to work independently and engage team support as needed

Must be comfortable working in a rapidly changing and sometimes unstructured work situations.

The role will be broken down into a list of tasks that include:

Project management

Requirements gathering

Implementing and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, reports, dashboards, pages etc.

Maintaining multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules etc.

In depth analysis of customer data for behavioural insight and business benefit models.
