You'll provide support to customers who are using cutting edge technology in an environment that supports progression and development.

As a 1st Line Support Analyst you'll provide support to customers over the phone, logging their queries and issuing tickets for support. You'll work with the customers to support their issue until it has been resolved. You'll be in an environment that wants to help you grow and they have loads of existing and brand new projects to work on.

For this 1st Line Support Analyst role you'll need to have previous experience of speaking with customers on the phone and providing excellent customer service. The following will be beneficial;

* Qualification in IT

* Commercial experience providing technical support

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

This 1st Line Support Analyst role is perfect if you're looking to build on your achievements, perhaps you're in your first support role or maybe you've recently graduated and want to find your feet in a technology focused organisation.
