I am working exclusively with a Salesforce end user client who are in need of a Salesforce Implementation Consultant to join them on their integration project. This is a great opportunity to work within a rapidly growing client and to work with certified Salesforce professionals.

Implementation Consultant

The successful candidate will be part of the Professional Services Team delivering projects directly to customers. Responsibilities will cover many areas including project management, requirements capture, configuration of the SuMo application and behavioural analysis.

We are looking for a self-starter who can successfully deliver within a small yet dynamic team and must be able to work independently. We anticipate that the successful candidate's responsibilities will grow with the team.

Responsibilities:

*Project management

*Requirements gathering

*Implementation of customisations on the Force.com platform, including custom objects, custom fields, reports, dashboards, pages etc.

*Maintaining multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules etc.

*In depth analysis of customer data for behavioural insight and business benefit models

Experience/Skills Required:

*At least 2 years of relevant work experience

*Salesforce.com/Force.com experience with a minimum of ADM 211 expected

*Project management

*Strong Reports & Dashboards experience

*Exceptional data analysis skills

*Strong problem solving ability

*Strong requirements gathering skills

*Strong written and communication skills

*Self-starter, comfortable taking on a variety of tasks in order to satisfy
