An industry leading marketing partner are seeking a 2nd Line Team Leader/Manager to work at their site in Surrey. Do you have experience as a team leader or manager and Windows desktop knowledge? If so then you could be the 2nd Line Team Leader we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As 2nd Line Team Leader/Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and support to your team. You will ensure all procedures for the 2nd Line Team have been documented and approved by the Team Leader. Your time will be divided into 50% on people management (performance reviews) and 50% hands on support. In addition to this, you will set goals and objectives and oversee recruitment and training of new 2nd line IT staff.

What skills should you have?

* Windows 7 and 10 desktop OS knowledge

* iOS and Android knowledge

* Knowledge and understanding building and imaging laptops and desktops

* Network troubleshooting experience

Although not an essential requirement of the role, if you have experience using Microsoft SCSM or G-Suite (formerly Google Apps for Business), then this may benefit your application.
