Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to join our client in Birmingham on an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to extend through to next year. Our client is currently undergoing an exciting piece of work and are looking to bring a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager on board to help them deliver a large motor financing project through several phases.

Please note that our client is offering market rates for both roles; please apply to have a confidential discussion about this. The start date will be as soon as possible, likely to fall within mid-late May and latest early June.

Our client is undergoing a significant delivery programme to implement a motor finance function within the business over the next 12 months and require a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to aid in the delivery of various areas of this programme, including digital capability, management of the PMO function, stakeholder engagement and data analytics. You will be working closely with a delivery manager, key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are hit, and resources are effectively managed throughout the delivery, feeding back project progress to stakeholders at director level. This requires an excellent communicator with excellent market knowledge, who can utilise suppliers and third parties effectively to ensure project success.

Essential Skills:

*Excellent history in project management, with a proven history of successful delivery

*It is essential that you have delivered projects within a motor financing background

*Knowledge of digital and data analytical project delivery, with an end customer focus

*Excellent supplier / third party management skills

*Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage a PMO function

*Prince 2 or Agile experience and ideally qualifications
