This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Hardware Engineer with our multinational electronics client, based in Dublin. This is a chance to work on the world's most powerful, complex chips, and launch your career within advanced hardware design.

We are looking for Graduate Engineers (or students soon to graduate) with a strong background in digital ASIC / SoC / FPGA design, and a good grounding in VHDL or Verilog HDL coding.

The successful graduate will join an expert EDA team responsible for ensuring that the company's software meets customer needs and has the highest quality. Your role will focus on creating hardware designs and using them to test timing closure on the latest FPGAs. The team consists of experienced experts as well as junior engineers. You will learn a lot related to advanced hardware design as well as software testing, and enjoy working in a sociable, supportive and very friendly atmosphere.

The following are essential:

*A Bachelors / Masters degree in Electronics/ Computer Engineering or related field

*A good understanding of VHDL or Verilog HDLs

*A positive, can-do attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills

*Excellent organization, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

Skills in the following would be beneficial, but not essential

*ASIC / FPGA verification experience (testbench development)

*A good understanding of C or C++

*Knowledge of software development and test methodologies
