Change and Transition Analyst (ITIL)

A Change and Transition Analyst is required to work for the UK's Leading Engineering Support Services Organisation as part of their IS Division based in Lakeside, Portsmouth

As a Change and Transition Analyst you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day execution of the IT Change Management process and policies; as well as the support for the transition of new services into the live environment. You will ensure that standardised methods are used in line with ITIL best practices as well as facilitating process improvement and how it aligns with other ITIL processes of Release, Incident and Configuration Management.

You will facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) Meetings and feed risks and issues into the Technical board relating to proposals.

As the Change and Transition Analyst you will successfully increase RFC percentage, decrease emergency/urgent RFC percentage as well as publishing forward change release schedules.

Support the Transition Managers as and when required

Essential

The successful candidate will have some experience in Change Management whether this is through working on a Service Desk or within an ITIL Service Management environment. It will be beneficial to have an understanding of the Transition process.

ITIL Service Management Qualification is required

You will be a confident individual who is capable of challenging when necessary and be able to guide people through the change management process.
