An exciting pharmaceuticals company based in Cambridgeshire are currently looking to hire a Head of Quality to take full QA ownership of manufacturing on their state of the art pharmaceuticals site.

Working with sterile products, the business has been hugely commercially successful and are now mapping out a strategy plan for growth over the next 5 years. The role of Head of Quality will be integral to supporting this development of the business and will report directly into the CEO.

As Head of Quality you will lead a small QA team and will be responsible for ensuring consistent product output from their site. Holding full autonomous responsibility, you will be heavily involved in a hands on all encompassing role that allows access to the full spectrum of QA. You will have a detailed involvement in the quality processes surrounding the release of an advanced product. You will also take the lead on new projects that support business growth and make proposals on new development opportunities across the group.

If you wish to be considered for the position of Head of Quality you must have the following experience:

* Experience of working with sterile products

* Strong experience within the implementation and improvement of Quality Management Systems

* Quality team management experience

* Be a trainee QP who has begun their modules and able to become a QP quickly or be eligible as a Qualified Person

* Be a strong, credible leader with a collaborative approach

The salary on offer is in the range of £90,000 and £100,000 with a great benefits package. The company will pay a higher salary if need to secure the right individual for their Cambridgeshire site.
