2nd / 3rd Line support analyst - SCCM
My client, a market leader in their field is seeking a 2nd / 3rd line Support Analyst to provide support and assistance to internal employees within the companies group. As the 2nd / 3rd line Support Analyst you will act as a single point of contact for all user incidents, service requests and communications.
The successful 2nd / 3rd Line Support Analyst will possess experience in the following responsibilities:-
*Telephone, remote and on-site / desk side support
*Install, Configure, Monitor and Support the workstation environment
*Technical troubleshooting and root cause identification
*Incident Management
*Software deployment
You will be required to possess experience in the following technical areas:-
*ITIL and IT Service Management best practices
*Windows Desktop technologies
*Windows deployment, configuration, maintenance, software distribution ( SCCM ), patching ( WSUS ) and management
*Microsoft Exchange
*Active Directory
