Software Development Manager - One of the industry's truly pioneering FinTechs's are looking for a Software Development Manager (Scala, ReactJS) to join their innovative team. The Software Development Manager (Scala, ReactJS) will have the chance to head up projects in a fully Agile environment where TDD is the driving force. The team is using Java, Scala and ReactJS amongst others.

As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Software Development Manager (Scala, ReactJS) with the following:

* Strong background in Software Development

* A passion for leading and growing the team further

* Strong Academic Background - A Degree in Comp Sci or similar subject from a top university

The Software Development Manager will work on our award-winning flagship trading product which is being completely relaunched. The legacy was written in Java but new greenfield work will be highly Scala focused. You as the successful Development Manager (Scala, ReactJS) will be utilising cutting edge financial trading technology and be able to have a big say when it comes to technical direction and team growth. You will lead highly skilled cross functional teams, which include some of the industries most skilled developers working in a very highly transactional, multi-threaded environment and be given the chance to bring ideas and innovation to the table.
