A software and service solutions company are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their site in Stockport - you will also act as Scrum Master and lead a number of innovative projects for a close knit & friendly software team.

What will you be doing?

As Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a software development team. You will have the ability to be technically involved in the day-to-day development and testing of software solutions as well as provide leadership and line management for team members. In addition to this, you will hold annual performance reviews and participate in staff skill evaluations and the development of training plans.

What skills should you have?

* Relevant Computer Science or Software Engineering Degree or equivalent experience

* Experience in web-based applications development

* Experience in agile software development (acting as Scrum Master)

* Good experience of AngularJS.

* Highly competent in software development:

* Java 6 on words

* Java and AngularJS

* AngularJS

* struts

* J2EE

* JSP/HTML

* Hibernate 3

* JQuery

* HTML5

* CSS3

* Ajax/Web2.0
