As a Network Support Engineer, you will work with IT network monitoring technology to support customer systems. 

Responding to helpdesk requests, you will provide a first line support service ensuring customers receive excellent levels of support throughout any issues that they may be experiencing. 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 

- Experience gained with an IT support role 

- Experience with Windows desktop, Windows Server and Active Directory

- A valid driving licence 

Articulate and approachable, as a Network Support Engineer, you must have superb communication and problem solving skills. You must also be a resourceful, independent thinker with a team player mentality. 

Linux experience would be beneficial to your application.
