Senior Planner (Construction)

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus comprehensive benefits

Due to their impressive growth and opportunity now exists for an ambitions Senior Planner to join their Midlands region. Reporting into the Regional Planning Manager you will work on an even mix of tenders and live projects ranging from £1m to £30m in value across a range of sectors including commercial, health, PRS, Care and Leisure to name a few. One of the key benefits of this company is their diverse portfolio, so if one sector goes quiet, they have other clients to fall back on. Its also gives you a challenging and interesting workload as their not 'sectorised' like some of their competitors.

Key Requirements:

* Circa 10 years experience as a construction Planner.

* Exposure to a varied range of commercial construction projects.

* Tender and live works planning experience.

* A stable employment record with well known main contractors.

* Commercially aware, excellent communication and people skills.

* Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject.

* Proficient in Asta PowerProject software.

* Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Location:

This would suit and individual that lives in Birmingham, Staffordshire, Warwickshire or Worcestershire. Applications from candidates with a desire to relocate will also be considered.
