PHP Web Developer (Graduate or Junior)

We have an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior level PHP Web Developer to join a highly successful company based in Romsey, Southampton. We have worked with the company for 5+ years and seen them grow and develop into an innovative, established and successful software company.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Web Developer with a good understanding of PHP, OOP and web (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript etc). You don't need to be an expert in any one of these areas but a good understanding from university or commerce and enthusiasm and intelligence will set you up perfectly.

You will join a talented team of 10 programmers working on business to business ecommerce web & mobile applications. Customers are well-known retail, logistics and FMCG companies, work is varied and produced to a high standard.

You will need to demonstrate self initiative, exposure to web technology and enthusiasm to learn and progress.

Key technical skills requiered for the position -

* OOP - academic, project and/or commercial

* PHP5 / 7 - no need to be an expert (yet!)

* MySQL

* Linux

* HTML, CSS

* JavaScript, JQuery

* MVC Zend (or a recognised MVC framework)
