Summary of Job Purpose:

Act as Programme Manager of Oracle EBS or Fusion implementations.

Skills Requirements

* Extensive hands on experience in project management of medium to large ERP implementation projects, preferably Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP).

* Track record of at least 8 successful full cycle implementations (analysis, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training to cutover).

* Extremely strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and from all backgrounds i.e. business stakeholders, technical/functional architects, developers, internal management … etc.

* Extremely strong in managing internal and external teams.

* Experienced in onsite/offshore operating model.

* Proactive in managing risks and issues.

* Able to develop detail project plans on his/her own without depending on others to describe what needs to be done or sequence of events or how long each task should take. The candidate should have the relevant experience in EBS (and preferably Fusion too) implementations.
