Enigma People Solutions is recruiting an experienced Software Engineer for a strongly established international business employing over 170 people in 8 offices worldwide and with a network of partners and installers supporting over 1000 customers globally.

We are looking for a bright, motivated Senior Software Engineer to assist and lead in the development of embedded and web enabled software for industrial applications. Our client offers an informal, flexible and friendly working environment with competitive remuneration and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Development of software with web interfaces on Linux based industrial systems and controls.

Actively contribute to the evolution of software through enhancement of existing features and research and development of new technology.

Work in a team environment whilst also having ability to manage solo projects.

Co-ordinate project activities with overseas software development team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

Educated to Honours degree level in a Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

3 years’ experience in three or more of the following areas:

C/C++

Linux CLI/scripting familiarity, kernel mods, drivers, etc.

HTML 5, JavaScript, XML

Writing software for products with touchscreen interfaces
