Training Manager (Hands on)

Looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join their Central IT Team, ideally someone who has managed other trainers. You will be well experienced scoping, developing and delivering systems training on a variety of bespoke and off the shelf applications. You will be working closely with all teams within the software delivery lifecycle to ensure that the business achieve an appropriate state of readiness in advance of IT deliveries across a diverse portfolio. Experience in digital products or O365 would be highly advantageous. A TAP or CTP accredited would also be desirable. It is essential you have excellent communication skill and line management as you will be responsible for providing high quality training to all users in the most appropriate style. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project based IT training environments and will also be willing to travel throughout the UK, working with colleagues at all levels throughout the business.
