Technical Support Team Leader

£28'000 - £35'000 + Bonus + Training + Private Healthcare + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

Excellent role on offer for an individual looking to work for a market leading company where you will lead a highly skilled team and operate as the industry specialist.

Are you from a technical support or engineering background? Do you want to come off the tools and move into a Technical Support role?

Established over 60 years ago, this company are Market Leaders within the ventilation and air conditioning industry. They manufacture and design specialist air ventilation for both domestic and industrial applications and are going from strength to strength. They are investing heavily in their Technical Support department and due to this investment, now is an exciting time to join the company.

In this hands on role you will lead and develop a team to provide technical product and service support within the HVAC industry. You will manage a small team to lead and motivate staff to ensure that relationships are created and maintained. You will also oversee system designs to ensure compliance with regulations and product capabilities.

The ideal person for this role is an Individual from a Mechanical or Electrical background, preferably with supervisory experience, who is looking to join a Market Leading company, where you will play a key role in the growth of the company.

The Role:

* Provide reliable technical support for all products to customers and installers

* Manage a team of four to lead and improve customer service levels and aftersales

* Full product training

* £28'000 - £35'000 + Bonus + Training + Private Healthcare + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

The Person:

* Come from an Electrical or Mechanical background

* Supervisory or Management experience is preferable

* Basic Understanding of technical support

* HVAC experience is preferable
