£35,000 - £40,000 + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design/Development Engineer looking for a challenging role where you will work on technically interesting products that will develop your skillset.

Based in Swindon, this company are involved in the design and manufacture of specialist products supplied into many different industries. With a customer base spread across the globe and rapidly expanding due to the market leading nature of their product, they are looking to add several new engineers to the team.

In this role, the successful Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of this company's range of electro-mechanical products. You will lead projects and mentor junior engineers to develop solutions to customer requirements.

This is an ideal role for a Design Engineer looking for the next step in their career and to work on interesting and challenging products.

The Role:

*Leading the design and development of the product range

*Working with customers to understand their requirements and needs

*Developing documentation, processes and systems

The Candidate:

*Ideally qualified to degree level or similar in Mechanical Engineering

*Knowledge of 2D and 3D design packages

*Knowledge of fluid mechanics, rotating machine concepts and turbomachinery is advantageous
