Software Test Analyst - Clinical Environment

Our Client is seeking to recruit a Software Test Analyst with at least 3 to 5 years software Testing expertise in a Clinical environment.

As Software Test Analyst in a Clinical environment you will be involved in all aspects of testing on IT Projects for GxP systems and ensuring that all test plans and case are correctly documented and executed and that these test reports to the highest quality standards

You will be working within a dynamic technical environment with a broad range of GxP systems - so must have software testing experience in a Clinical environment with GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices.

Collaborating across a range of teams including PMO’s, User and Suppliers

Provide high quality QA and Test support to enable the independent assessment of business-critical systems for quality in line with objectives agreed with the IT Project Manager.

Ability to identifying business scenarios for future use in performance qualification.

Performing of risk assessments and the production of test documentation, that will define the scope, resources and steps needed for the testing.

Produce system overviews, requirement traceability matrices, design reviews and reports and system release reports.

Providing assurance that any new or amended applications are fit for purpose prior to being released into a live environment.

Should have proven experience of testing within a web/browser based environment is highly desirable

Experience of testing low level detail within software applications as well as the ability to deal with higher level business cases.

Any data migration experience is also highly advantageous.

An extensive background in GxP system testing

Preparation and execution of test scripts, test plans and test reports and working within Agile or Waterfall project environments

Working in a controlled QA environment, and keeping the QA standards up to date as required

Experience of LIMS, WMS and eQMS systems

Experience of the validation lifecycle and of having produced system overviews, RTMs, Design Review Reports, qualification protocols and reports

Must have at least 3+ Years’ experience within a relevant industry environment

Must be educated to Degree level in Computer Science or a related degree, or with relevant recognised industry experience.

The duration for this contract assignment is 6 to 9 months.

Client is based in Hitchin Hertfordshire.
