Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) - A brand new career opportunity has just become available for a forward thinking Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) to join our hugely successful market leading company based in our impressive Head Offices in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. As the Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) you'll be joining during another huge period of expansion for our £billion turnover organisation.

The successful Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) will join our hugely skilled team as you continue to work to support our mission critical bespoke web based applications. As well as supporting unique applications the Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) will also be involved in other ad hoc project work.

As the Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) you will also support our internal users with queries and issues and will therefore have to show strong internal customer management skills.

Skills needed for the Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) role:

* Knowledge in the following areas - IOS, SQL, .NET, Windows Server, VMware, Load Balancer, ITIL & Change Management.

* Experience of working in an application support capacity.

* Excellent communicational skills both written & verbal.

This is a role that will enable you to work with a wide range of internal customers in a vibrant and friendly office.

There is an on-call Rota in place where by you'll be on call for 1 week every 6 weeks (working from home).

Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus & benefits
