The UK's leading supplier of intelligent health solutions is looking for a highly talented project manager to join their team. The role will be primarily focused on the delivery of a number of mobile application solutions.
Duties
- Manage the project delivery relationships of in house and external parties.
- Document application specifications and ensure all projects are delivered in accordance to specification and on time and budget.
- Work with project stakeholders to gather and document custom requirements.
- Communicate any cost implications to stakeholders for custom requirements.
- Provide pre sales product support to the operational and sales functions within the business.
- Manage the change requests between stakeholders and the development teams.
- Chair regular project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate all risks and issues associated to project deliveries to stakeholders.
- Provide detailed project plans for each application development project.
- Ensure all project dependencies are communicated to stakeholders.
- Ensure QA processes are correctly implemented and followed.
Skills Required
- 3 years client relationship management experience.
- 3 years of application development project management or project co-ordination experience.
- Prince certification preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience of working within an agile development environment.
- Experience within mobile application development preferred.
- Experience of outsourced development management.
- Strong Microsoft project skills with experience of managing multiple simultaneous projects with cross project dependencies.
- High level of experience with Microsoft office technologies, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget.
- Presentation skills preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in methods of identifying and abstracting IT issues into problem. statements and driving the resolution forward.
- Must be prepared to travel for meetings.
