£25,000 - £32,000 + Overtime OTE £28k-£35k + Progression

Are you an Electrical Engineer with knowledge of PLC's and Panel Building/Design looking to work on technically exciting projects and receive advanced training, with a clear scope for progression to a Project Manager?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity, where you will train up on PLC programming, develop your Panel Design skills and gain valuable experience in a trainee Project Manager role. With a mix of office and site based work, you will draw up product specs and then go on site with the installation team to see projects through to completion.
The company specialise in Control Panel / Software design for Material Handling equipment. They have established themselves as a market leader and are now looking to expand their team. From this, they are looking for a motivated Engineer with an interest in a career in PLC's/Panel Design who is looking to move into a Project Manager position.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer who is looking to progress to a Project Manager, with an attractive salary and advanced training, working for a market leading company.
THE ROLE
* Assessing customer's requirements and drawing up bespoke design specs
* Shadowing Engineers on site, assisting with Panel Wiring/Building/Design of control panels
* Wiring, testing and commissioning of bespoke systems
* Advanced on the job training to become a fully qualified Project Manager
THE PERSON
* Knowledge of PLC's (Allen Bradley, Siemens or similar)
* Experience working with industrial equipment/machinery
* Previously worked with Panel Design/Wirer or similar
