Within this role you will act as number one freelance Site Manager on the scheme based in the city centre of Bolton. Your role will see you based on site 5 days a week reporting directly to the contracts manager.

In order to be successful within this role you will have obtained all the relevant following qualifications:

SMSTS

CSCS

First Aid

You will also be able to provide examples and evidence of previous freelance Site Management experience on fast-track refurbishment schemes within the either the commercial, retail and or leisure sectors.

Remuneration:

Circa - £20 p/h

Location - Bolton

Duration - 6 weeks

My client is specifically requiring a freelance Site Manager with refurbishment experience as opposed to fit-out so please apply accordingly for the role.
